My strength is photographing people. I know how to get past the wooden photo smiles and get that real sense of connection with the camera that is so crucial to a good headshot. We can all pick it when a smile isn't real. I help you come across as confident, approachable and genuine. 

Most of my clients come in telling me how unphotogenic they are, and wishing me luck. I love giving them photographs they can enjoy. I get results fast, which keeps things fresh and real, and means the whole experience is quick and painless. 

I offer business headshots for websites, Facebook and LinkedIn, and personal portraits for those wanting to express themselves and their brand a little more, such as actors, authors, architects and other creatives and business owners. I also offer workplace shoots for companies needing content across their website, showing workers in action.

I’m a mum to two amazing kids, wife to a supportive husband, and caretaker of a menagerie of animals that keeps life lively! I’m a hopeless romantic who loves animals, coffee, chocolate, sun, adventures, and capturing life through my camera.

 

Life moves fast, and my passion is freezing those fleeting, magical moments—family connections, laughter, tears, and love—into timeless photographs. I adore natural light, golden sun, and both colour and black-and-white imagery.

I’m Linda, an NZIPP-accredited Master of Photography passionate about capturing animals with paws, claws, and hooves. My happy place is outdoors in natural light, where pets can be joyful and relaxed, revealing their unique personalities.

 

Over the past ten years, I’ve won multiple NZ and international awards, including being a finalist for NZIPP’s 2023 Animal Photographer of the Year. What truly excites me is seeing clients’ delight—and sometimes happy tears—when they see their images.

L.C. Scott Limited was founded in 1954 by Lewis Clive Scott in his Lower Hutt home darkroom. The company grew, moving to Petone in the 1960s. In 1979, Clive’s son, Lewis Robert Scott, joined, expanding portrait and school photography. After Clive’s retirement in the early 1980s, Lewis became director, growing the team and bringing in his wife Sandie as a portrait photographer in 1992.

 

The company merged with a family-owned printing business, creating a fully in-house photography-to-print process. In 2008, third-generation Brooke Freeman-Butler and Nate Freeman-Butler joined, continuing the family legacy of professional photography and production excellence.

 

I’m Mandi, and I love photographing the camera-shy—the ones who hide or use a child as a shield. Models are predictable, but shy clients challenge me, and it’s incredibly satisfying when they struggle to narrow down their top 20 shots.

 

I was a women’s health nurse consultant for 15 years before photographing women for the past decade. My goal is to start a “Mojolution”—a revolution of feminine mojo.
